Our primary goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, staff, and guests at École St. Stanislaus. As a community of learners, the students, staff and guardians share the responsibility of maintaining a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment. The St. Stanislaus conduct policy seeks to respect the needs and dignity of each child, taking into consideration age, maturity and situational circumstances. Our goal is to encourage children to learn from mistakes and make appropriate choices. As partners in education, guardians are informed of disciplinary policies so that they can be positively involved in the learning process. The Student Code of Conduct policy is developed by our school community and is based on input from students, families, and school staff. It is reviewed and revised annually with staff and presented to the School Council for their feedback and input. For easy reference and accessibility, it is printed in the School Handbook, the student agenda and posted on the school website. The École St. Stanislaus Student Conduct Policy applies to all students, at all times while in the building or on school grounds, during the school day, at all school events/activities, and while using school owned devices.
